My dog has been coming here For a little over a year. Dr. Heller has always been very nice and easy to deal with. However, there is a new sheriff in town and he refused to refill my dogs prednisone which she needs to live when she has sudden episodes of pancreatitis. We are getting ready to leave on vacation and I simply asked for a supply and was told they will not give a supply of a drug that she has been on for the past eight years unless they come and see her. Normally, when you see a dog, you allow refills until the next time they’re scheduled to visit. This is poor customer service and I would’ve been happy to make another appointment if they were going to give me the prednisone that she needs immediately. Common sense is out the window these days as as customer service. I would not recommend going to this outfit.

Amazing practice all around. The doctor was able to see me last minute after my cat had been sick for days, which I really appreciated. The vet techs were incredibly kind and thorough with their questions, I immediately knew Cass was in great hands. I highly recommend them to anyone who tends to worry about their pets like I do; they’ll put you completely at ease!

Amazing doctor, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate. Takes the time to talk with you and answer all questions. Staff is great. Sweet, compassionate, understanding. This is the best vet I have ever been too. My dogs can be picky and they are patient and understanding.
