I called them and told them the emergency I was having with my dog. They asked how far away I was and I told them 15 minutes. They said to call them when we parked and they would come get us. I did that and they told me they were busy and told me to wait a couple minutes. After 12 minutes, I called them back. I told them that if they were too busy to see us, just let us know and we will go to another emergency vet. They told me not to go anywhere and that they were coming out and to please hold on the line. 3 minutes later they took me off hold and told me they were too busy and that they aren't taking any more patients. I burned up 30 minutes on a life-threatening situation with my dog because of their incompetence. I understand being busy and I also understand being short-staffed if that was the case. But don't you dare waste precious minutes on a family pet's life-threatening situation. This place is run like a roadside lemonade stand. It felt like it was being run by children.

Visited today for an emergency with my dog and the techs and vet were amazing. Prices were transparent and fair and we were seen quickly.

I came here with my leopard gecko through the ER and Dr. Dawkins was extremely knowledgeable and gentle with my pet. I get bad anxiety with vets but I truly felt in good hands here. Dr. Dawkins gave extremely thorough explanations and talked through all my concerns with me. The whole process was quick and handled with no fear for my lizard (or me lol). I am very happy with my experience and will be back here if I ever have any additional issues with my gecko!
