Since Dr Coogan has retired kentmere veterinarian hospital has became a horrible place the veterinarians have nasty attitude they have no concern for Animals their concern is money and anybody who has gone there before and has been there before has seen how the place has changed not for the good stay away don't take your animals there

It has been a very long time since we've been here, and sadly we recently had to bring our beloved old boy cat Oscar here to be laid to rest. They looked him over, but his health rapidly declined almost overnight. He was 17, and it was for the best. They took exceptional care of the wife, and even gave her some of his fur in a small bottle for remembrance. What happened next surprised the both of us. The following day, we received a card in the mail from Kentmere. Inside, was a beautiful poem about the Rainbow Bridge, and two cards with inked paw prints on them. Those prints belonged to Oscar. The day after that, we received another card, this time a condolence one signed by the staff. We were incredibly touched by these items, and the fact that they seriously went above and beyond to let us know that they care not just for the animals, but also those who they come in contact with. This has helped us through the process of having lost a much loved family member, and we will never forget it. On behalf of our family, we thank you very much for everything, and cannot recommend this veterinary practice enough. You are the angels who take care of our angels.

I want to thank Kentmere for the wonderful treatment my two cats have received in the three years I’ve had them. From the front desk to Dr Snyder and Dr Ireland, they are compassionate and thoughtful in all their treatments. My one cat has had two minor procedures there and the level of care she has received is unmatched. I trust them fully and they are very reasonably priced. I’ve heard countless stories of vet prices going up in the recent years and have been pleasantly surprised each time I go in.
