Review of Brandywine Hundred Veterinary Hospital Boarding Services. I have been a loyal customer of Brandywine Hundred Veterinary Hospital Boarding Services for several years; however, the quality of their services has declined significantly, and I feel compelled to share my experience. My first concern involves a lack of transparency regarding pricing. The boarding rate was increased from $55 to $60 per day with no prior notice. I only discovered this when I arrived to pick up my dog. This kind of surprise billing is unprofessional and disrespectful to long-standing customers. Additionally, I was previously informed by a staff member that a half-day rate would be honored for a Saturday boarding. When I returned to pick up my dog, I was told that was not the case and worse, the staff accused me of being dishonest about what I had been told. The manager refused to engage with me directly to resolve the matter, which I found both dismissive and deeply unprofessional. I also take issue with their weekend billing practices. The facility charges a full day rate on Saturdays despite closing early that day, and remains completely closed on Sundays with no drop-off or pick-up available. This effectively forces customers to pay for two full days of boarding over a weekend, a policy that feels unfair and exploitative. Based on my experiences with the pricing practices, lack of staff accountability, and poor management communication, I cannot recommend Brandywine Hundred Veterinary Hospital Boarding Services. It is my hope that management will take customers feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements.

The Vets and personal at Brandywine are all wonderful. I have been taking my animals there for years. My oldest cat would have been dead years ago if not them. They really care about your animals.

I found these guys in a moment of crisis on my end. My 13 year old cat was acting off. So i first took him to Blue Pearl, (this isnt about blue pearl so i wont get into all that, in seeing i had to seek alternate help should say enough) they said he was having a fecal blockage, one that was not resolved when i picked him up over 24 hours after I had dropped him off. With no money, I had no choice but to take him back home, load him up with medication and hope for the best. The hoping didnt help. I contacted Brandywine Hundred offices. Trish, the one who answered my call, was not only very nice, she actual listened to my whole spiel over everything that happened. Im sorry i only remember Trishs name (and i was really upset at the time) because we have the same name but everyone else i had contact with was very nice and they listened and it felt like they cared. I didnt feel unheard or unreasonable. They even helped. It almost felt like I've been going to them for years already. I even got answers. Although the answers were not ideal. Turns out the left over blockage was a tumor. My little baby is writing his last chapter. Yes, it is a hard pill to swallow but at least i know. Thank you, guys. For helping my little guy. Expect to see me again. Cause I found my new veterinary office until I feel otherwise.

Excellent vet care. They've been taking care of our dogs' health for nearly a decade. The entire staff is amazing and so very caring - treating our two pups like the entitled pampered pups they know they are. I would highly recommend them and have recommended them to other pet owners. Our dogs LOVE visiting. I think that's the highest praise they can receive.
