We had a much better experience. The doctor was thorough and the vet tech long black hair was so sweet to our dog. The tech sat on the floor with our dog as he was extremely nervous. The next day the doctor called with the results.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Bay Animal Hospital. After a really upsetting experience at another vet that left both my daughter and her cat in tears, we came here for a second opinion—and it made all the difference. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. You could immediately feel that this was a place that truly cares about animals and their owners. They treated our cat with such gentleness and compassion that she actually relaxed enough to fall asleep during the exam—something we never thought possible after what she had just been through. The team took the time to clearly explain everything to us, making sure we fully understood the diagnosis and next steps. We didn’t just leave with answers—we left with real hope and confidence. A special thank you to Sara, who went above and beyond after our visit to secure a cardiologist appointment right away. That level of care and dedication is rare. We will never go anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
