Everyone at this facility is top notch (the doctors,techs,and office staff). It is clear that they all love the pets that go there,and I would not consider bringing my pet anywhere else. The staff is very dedicated and spends time answering any questions and caring for your pet's needs.

Every experience I have here is wonderful! I brought my retriever Ellie in to be spayed. Dr Levinson was so great when he called to let me know how she was. Answered all my questions. Ellie’s doing great! I was shocked at the bill, was expecting much higher. Absolutely recommend Haven Lake!

I’ve been bringing my pets here since 2015. In 2024, When one of my senior pups was limping, I went to Dr. Titus. Sadly, he was diagnosed with bone cancer. Dr. Titus sat with me and comforted me while I broke down. When it was time to let him cross, all of the staff were kind and very compassionate. This week, one of my dogs got into a violent fight with another dog. I called them as soon as they opened and they told me to come in right away. When I got there, the staff got me checked in and they Techs were ready to help get her out of the car. Dr. Adkins assessed her and explained to me what the plan was and answered all of my questions. My girl is currently on the mend and will be back to her goofy self soon. They literally saved my girl’s life! Dr. Hennen has also been involved in her care and she is amazing as well! While, yes, they are a little more expensive, they have the best team (their office manager, Edna the Cat, is my favorite!)
